Gonna start to be more picky about what I’m eating today on for 3 weeks, and see how I feel from there on. Going to eat somewhat primal + peanuts with a focus on any carbs before 6, and none after. LIft/Crossfit 5 days a week.

Workout: Warm up, 3x: 5 burpees, 10 med ball squats, 15 med ball slams, 150m med ball run @ 14lbs Workout: Death by pullups: 12 rounds. 3 rounds improvement from last time. Tabata squats: Lowest recorded: 17 squats. Pretty consistent in the 17-19 range. Didn’t feel like eating after. I’m wicked hungry now. Bjarki did 17 fucking rounds. Tore his hands to absolute shit.
Workout - At the track. Kind of disappointing, just sprints. Fun to do in a group, but I was hoping for something different. Like burpees across the field or something more engaging than just run here, then here, repeat.
Workout handstand practice kettlebell complex 21-15-9 double kb clean, double kb squat, 35lbs. Somethign like 7:07, shitty.
Workout: Annie: 100 pullups, pushups, situps, squats. 30:11. One of the last to finish this, wonder why. Makes me wonder if people are cheating or what the fuck is wrong with me. My hands get real messed up after doing 100 pullups. Like sticking them in a cheese grater.

Instead of running a mile, they are doing a mile’s worth of burpees. Sounds rechid. And kind of badass.
Workout- Isabitch: 30 snatches for time. 135# is rx, which seems nearly impossible. I did 85# in 3:44. It was challenging but sane.
