This looks pretty cool. Especially because you can get there by train. It’s a run type thing with a big ass obstacle course. Like a grown up double dare. I want to do the tough mudder too, but don’t know how to get there.

Things I gotta work on.
The POWER clean. I can do a good squat clean, and a good regular clean. But adding the jump just degrades everything. I ended up mainly just regular cleaning my wod today. The back squat: putting the bar lower, and using more of my hips to aid in lifting heavier. It’s nice to know I can do 4 squats at 175, maybe I can finally fucking break 200.

After a couple days of stress and no working out, it felt great to be back on the wagon. Should just force myself in the gym regardless of how I’m feeling, will probably feel better after. I sumo deadlifted 285# once, but didn’t have the energy to do it 3 times. did 265 3 times. Pretty happy about that.
