5 Back Squats, 185lbs
5 Deadlifts, 225lbs

I’m so fucking sore. I’ve so far completed like 8 level 2 things plus A girl and A hero workout. All I need is today’s workouts, maybe some ghd shit, and one more of the benchmark workouts. Only problem: My tit meat feels like a refrigerated cooked chicken breast. Like rubber that’s been beaten with thor’s hammer. I’ll probably do it anyways, minus the benchmark workout.
It’s nice being strong enough to do all this shit. Finally. Fucking finally.

Really not happy with my lack of sticking to a diet etc. Been a hard month, hope to turn the page and get back on track in July.

Super stressed, hard to focus and push through the workouts and crap. Still going regularly regardless.
