Putting on Weight

Welp, I’ve been losing weight for a while, and now it’s time to gain weight… so I might start putting up my daily diet to see if I’m eating enough.

Yesterday:
2 scoops muscle milk + water
quart of milk
1/2 lbs. ground beef
4 meat hook sausages
quart of chocolate milk

Today so far:
espresso
2 scoops muscle milk + 10oz of whole milk
1/2 lbs. ground beef

1.5 lbs pat la frieda ground beef yum

1/2 gallon chocolate milk

That’s about 300 grams of protein, and 4000 calories. I took a nap at around 4pm.  I’m fucking stuffed.
