&lt;p&gt;Yesterday:&lt;br/&gt;2 scoops muscle milk + water&lt;br/&gt;quart of milk&lt;br/&gt;1/2 lbs. ground beef&lt;br/&gt;4 meat hook sausages&lt;br/&gt;quart of chocolate milk&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Today so far:&lt;br/&gt;espresso&lt;br/&gt;2 scoops muscle milk + 10oz of whole milk&lt;br/&gt;1/2 lbs. ground beef&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1.5 lbs pat la frieda ground beef yum&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1/2 gallon chocolate milk&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;That&amp;#8217;s about 300 grams of protein, and 4000 calories.
